This week has made such a difference to me. Can I conrgatulate you and your wonderful staff. As you know I worked in nursing and health and social care for more than twenty years, as a service user at last I have found a company who have put the care back in caring. This week has made my life so much better I no longer have to worry, the carers turn up do a first class job and leave me smiling. On behalf of my father, I would like to express my gratitude for the care he has been receiving since joining Greenway. We have spent a lot of time with other agencies and despaired of ever finding one that really cares - we have now found that agency. Also double thank for the understanding that was given to both my parents during a very difficult time at the beginning of the year when we had two deaths in the family close together. Greenway look after my father as I would like to look after him myself but am unable to do so because of work and home commitments. Long may they continue! I have no problem recommending Greenway to other people in need of care.

In 2008, my 85 year old mother who had both Parkinson's' and breast cancer became increasingly in need of care. Her husband looked after her with great tenderness and patience but he was becoming tired and both he and my brother and sister were adamant that we wanted her to stay in her own home. My mother wanted to die in her own bed, surrounded by her family and that is what she did. This was only made possible by the kindness, reliability and great tact shown to my mother by Jo Finley of Greenway Homecare and her sister Julie. We knew that Jo would never let us down and she was always willing to turn her hand to anything that needed doing around the house. My family are eternally grateful to the care my mother received from Greenway Homecare which made the last six months of her life pleasant and comfortable. We could not have managed this without them and I would highly recomment Greenway Homecare to anyone who find themselves or their loved ones in a similar position.
